BESCHREIBUNG
Nach dem Training ist es wichtig, sich so schnell wie möglich zu erholen:
- Lernen Sie das Training kennen.
- Um am nächsten Tag 100 % bezahlen zu können.
Wir müssen:
- Schützen und bauen Sie „geschädigte“ Muskeln während des Trainings mit Proteinen und Aminosäuren wieder auf.
- Füllen Sie Ihre Glykogenspeicher so schnell wie möglich mit einem hochwertigen Kohlenhydrat auf.
- Stellen Sie 15-25 % Protein zu Kohlenhydraten bereit.
Wir wissen:
- Wie verhält man sich nach einem harten Training?
- Dass Sie zusätzlich zu einem bestimmten Produkt zur Regeneration Obst, Säfte, zuckerhaltige Getränke, Energieriegel usw. essen.
- Dieser Kohlenhydratanteil reduziert den Prozentsatz des aufgenommenen Proteins, was die Regeneration behindert.
RECOVERY DRINK enthält etwa 40 % Spitzenprotein, was einer Einnahme von 20–25 g Protein pro Portion entspricht.

DOSIERUNG

Perfect for light/moderate chewers

My dog wouldn’t stop biting on the toddlers plastic dinosaur toys, so I got him this because it’s similar to plastic. But not hard enough to where it could damage his gums, also not soft enough to break apart. It’s perfect and he’s very happy with it. My dog is 6 LB toy poodle for reference, I would say this is suitable for small dogs. I saw reviews saying that their dog absolutely destroyed it immediately, but then in the review pictures their dogs were baby bulldogs/german shepards! This isn’t meant for breeds like that, but if you have a smaller dog with smaller teeth then this is ideal.
