Die Gerste zählt wie auch das Weizengras zu den Süßgräsern und wird aufgrund seines Nährstoffspektrums zurecht als Superfood bezeichnet.

Das Gerstengras sprießt kurz vor der Gerstenähre und wird nach ca. 14 Tagen frisch geerntet. Anschließend wird es über schonende Trocknungs- und Mahlverfahren zu Pulver verarbeitet.

Das Cellavita Bio Gerstengras Pulver ist frei von Geschmacks-, Farb- oder Füllstoffen.

Wie alle Gräser ist auch Gerstengras von Natur aus glutenfrei.

Verzehren Sie täglich 3 gehäufte Messlöffel Pulver (entspricht ca.10g) in reichlich Wasser, Saft oder Speisen eingemischt (Messlöffel innenliegend).
