Unser feiner Elisen wird nur eine Dreiviertelstunde von Nürnberg entfernt in unserer Famlienbäckerei jede Woche frisch gebacken und in kompostierbare Bio-Folie gehüllt. Die Zutaten werden fair bezahlt und wann immer möglich, lokal bezogen – teilweise aus langjährigen, festen Handelsbeziehungen zu lokalen Landwirte.
