Der Dutch Oven ist ein schwerer, traditioneller, gusseiserner Topf und ein exakt passender Deckel mit dem man überall kochen, braten, schmoren, frittieren, dünsten und backen kann. Der Dutch Oven reguliert dank seiner hohen Masse (Gusseisen) ungleichmäßige Hitze und ermöglicht so ein gleichmäßiges Garen. Einfach glühende Kohlen, Glut oder Grillbriketts auf den Deckel und unter den Topf geben und das Dutch Oven-Erlebnis kann losgehen. Die Dutch Oven Töpfe ohne Füße werden direkt mit Untersetzer geliefert.

Im Dutch Oven gelingen so kinderleicht Gerichte wie Schmorbraten, Eintöpfe, Brot, Kuchen und vieles mehr. Egal ob Feuerstelle, Grillplatz oder Lagerfeuer, der Gusstopf ist mobil und flexibel einsetzbar. Speisen wie z.B. Fleisch werden im Dutch Oven einmalig zart und entwickeln ein herausragendes Aroma - Sie werden begeistert sein!

Zusätzliche Highlights: Der Deckel des Dutch Oven hat auch Füße (außer DO1P). Wenn Sie diesen rumdrehen, können Sie ihn als Grillpfanne oder Servierteller verwenden! Mit der Thermometerdurchführung kann sehr praktisch die Temperatur kontrolliert werden ohne den Deckel anheben zu müssen.

Infos zum Einbrennen
Die Dutch Oven von BBQ-Toro sind bereits eingebrannt und können sofort genutzt werden. Falls nach der Reinigung ein erneutes Einbrennen nötig ist, reinigen Sie hierfür den Topf mit heißem Wasser. Reiben Sie ihn anschließend mit geschmacksneutralem, pflanzlichen Fett (z.B. Kokosfett) ein. Stellen Sie den Dutch Oven kopfüber, eine Stunde bei 200 °C, in den Backofen (oder besser, draußen in einen heißen Kugelgrill). Verreiben Sie verbliebenes Fett. Fertig. Diese Behandlung regelmäßig wiederholen, damit sich die Poren füllen und der Topf optimal vor Rost geschützt wird.

Infos zur Reinigung/Pflege
Für die Reinigung reicht heißes Wasser - gröbere Speisereste mit einer Bürste abschrubben. Benutzen Sie niemals Seife oder scharfe Reinigungsmittel. Diese zerstören die Fettschicht und der Topf muss dann neu eingebrannt werden (siehe oben). Heben Sie im Dutch Oven keine Speisereste auf. Entfernen Sie Asche umgehend nach der Benutzung von Deckel und Topf, da dies sonst in Verbindung mit Feuchtigkeit Rost begünstigt.

Infos zur Aufbewahrung
Mit gutem Speiseöl einfetten, ins Innere ein Blatt Küchenpapier legen und Deckel nicht ganz schließen. So übersteht der Dutch Oven auch längere Aufbewahrungszeiten spielend.

Great way to keep your PC off the floor, especially with a standing desk
This mount is a great solution if you want to get your desktop tower off the floor and clean up the space around your desk. The construction feels very solid and once installed it holds the PC securely without any wobble. I like that the frame is adjustable so it can fit different case sizes, and the open design allows for good airflow while still supporting the case well. It is especially helpful if you have a standing desk. Keeping the tower mounted under the desk means all of the cables move with the desk when it raises or lowers, which makes everything much cleaner and easier to manage. Installation takes a little planning to line things up correctly, but once it is mounted it feels very secure. If you want a cleaner workspace and a better setup for a standing desk, this mount works really well.

Built Like a Tank… Maybe Too Big
This thing is solid. The build quality is exactly what you want when you’re hanging a PC under a desk—sturdy steel, secure mounting, and plenty of adjustability to fit larger cases. It definitely does its job of getting your tower off the floor and out of the way. That said, size matters here—and this is built for big cases. If your setup is more compact, it is overkill. Definitely measure before you commit, because while the adjustability is nice, it’s clearly designed with larger towers in mind. My god
Build Quality The steel construction is very solid and feels durable enough to support a desktop tower or similar device. The powder-coated finish also helps protect against scratches. Comfort / Ergonomics Mounting a PC under the desk helps free up floor space and improves overall desk organization. It also keeps the computer elevated away from dust and improves airflow. Rock Solid and Computer / Wall Safe! Last PC Mount you'll ever need.
This is the hardware that you want in your office: robust, no-nonsense, and able to boss you around its workload. I installed a full size PC case/server in it, and it is rock solid once you lock it in. The open-frame design also merits a mention here as it greatly improves airflow and allows you to access ports on the motherboards and other hardware on your rig should you want to during your gaming sessions without bringing too much heat inside and causing headaches. The width of the holder can be adjusted (approximately 7.7” through 11.8”) in width and (approximately 20” through 25.8”) in height so it fits a large variety of towers, so you don't have to worry whether it could fit your set-up or not. Smaller towers may have substantially more wiggle room though. The mount's weight limit is no joke—up to 44 lbs—so you're not sacrificing stability just to save a few bucks. The shells are quite secure, although some people may have wished for a little more tightening bite; they still prevent your equipment from falling off if you accidentally bump on a wall, which is more important than you may think. A little nitpick: the lower wall-mount bracket could have a couple of extra pilot holes to reduce twisting over time. Not a breaker, just a heads-up for all of you who are looking to the long term. Altogether, it's a reliable, solid fix that is well worth the cost, particularly if you're cramming space and airflow in a tight configuration.

Best for a large PC case, works on smaller towers with mods
This thing is solid! I strongly recommend setting your tower on it to get a feel for the orientation you want before attaching it to your desk or wall. I had to re-mount mine because I had it positioned too far back to be able to plug cables into the PC tower. When the ad says its for a large PC tower they are not joking. I would consider my PC case to be a fairly average size but the bottom clamp and side arms don't hold my case at all. Theres a z shaped bracket included to attach to the main support and let it contact the desk or wall surface behind it. I used this part to wedge between the bottom clamp snd my PC case to hold it in place. My mount is still very sturdy without that bracket in place. I cheated during install and stacked some books under it to bring it up to the height of the bottom of my desk, made easy work of it. I really want to give it 5 stars but unfortunately the fitment issue leaves me hanging, literally. Maybe I will update my rig and get a larger PC case down the road. What I love about this item is my tower used to be on my desktop. Now its tucked away neatly and I was able to separate my 2 monitors more. Feels like a whole new workspace with less clutter and more table space for projects. Good item.
