Ein Motiv aus dem Kalender "Grand Départ – Debüt in Düsseldorf " von Bettina Hackstein: Eine spektakuläre Lichtershow illuminierte den Himmel über Düsseldorf zum Grand Départ an fünf Tagen kilometerweit. Auf dem Rheinturm, dem höchsten Bauwerk der Stadt, wurde eine atemberaubende Lichtinstallation angebracht. Sportwelt und hunderttausende Zuschauer erlebten Düsseldorf von seiner attraktivsten Seite, als die Radfahrer ihre Zeitfahrten durch die Innenstadt absolvierten. Der Rheinkomet erstrahlte u.a. in den Trikotfarben und in den französischen Nationalfarben. Einmalig leuchtete die Spitze des Turmes in Regenbogenfarben, als Zeichen für Toleranz, Akzeptanz und Frieden für gleichgeschlechtliche Ehen.
Die Fotografin, Bettina Hackstein, zeigt ihnen beeindruckende Momente am Himmelszelt über Düsseldorf und gibt direkte Einblicke ins Geschehen.
