Die Bondtech CHT™ Düsen teilen den Filamentstrang in drei dünnere Stränge, wodurch das Material von innen schneller schmilzt. Dadurch können höhere Durchflussraten genutzt werden.

Vorteile der Nickelbeschichtung

Eine Nickelbeschichtung wird auf unsere beschichteten Messingdüsen aufgetragen, um Schutz gegen Korrosion, Erosion und Abrieb zu bieten. Nickelbeschichtete Düsen haben eine höhere Korrosionsbeständigkeit und einen niedrigeren Reibungskoeffizienten, was ein reibungsloseres Zuführen des Materials ermöglicht und die Haftung von Kunststoff an der Düsenoberfläche verzögert.
