Lock and load your 2024 Polaris Xpedition and get ready for some serious kick!  The 2024 Xpedition is a fun machine, but Polaris left room for improvement on the table.  This simple kit is the best way to wake up your Xpedition as it comes with our proven ECU flash. The ECU flash adds some amazing horsepower from low end to high end RPM and really gives your machine that "snap" you're looking for.  Our AA Stage 3 clutch kit compliments the tuning perfectly by more efficiently transferring power to the wheels and ridding yourself of the very lazy factory clutching setup and poor belt grip.

  • Kit includes AA ECU flash for 2024 Xpedition Models **Requires ECU to be sent in for programming/unlocking** and AA Stage 3 Clutch Kit with primary clutch limiter.
  • Works with all models 2 or 5 seat.
  • Looking for the best/most badass ECU tuning available for your Xpedition?  AA's performance tunes are now available to gain horsepower and torque.  Through our advanced ECU tuning we are able to modify parameters correctly to gain you the power needed.  We are highly experienced in tuning UTVs and this will show.
  •  The 2024 Xpedition uses a new Bosch MG1 ECU.  Currently no programmers like the PV3 are available and no ETA, so sending your ECU in for a bench flash is the only way to get a great tune.
  • Big horsepower gains depending on the level of tune/modifications (see tune descriptions below for more details)
  • Much quicker throttle response and power delivery giving a whole new feel to the vehicle
  • Throttle by wire limiters disabled
  • Fan on/off at 186/185 degrees Fahrenheit (Stock is 201/200) which is just above the thermostat opening temp.
  • Speed limiter removed in low and high gears (Stock speed limit in high is 68 MPH and 27 MPH in low for crew models)
  • More throttle % in low gear and reverse (Stock limits your throttle for torque limitation)
  • Rev limit at a safe 9200 RPM (stock is 8500).  Ideal peak RPM @ 55 MPH is 8200-8500 with the flash, but 9200 is for ramp up overshoot/top speed.
  • AA's wicked timing curve is safe for the fuel used, but we do a much better job of finding timing limits for ramp up/more torque.  Many others simply focus on wide open throttle timing/fueling.
  • AA's modified fuel curve will still get decent mileage cruising, but is corrected over the factory lean AFR when needed most on higher throttle inputs.
  • Level 1 Tune:  This tune can be run on a bone stock Xpedition on 91-93 octane fuel.  This tune adds +3-4 RWHP (5-6 crank HP) putting you at roughly 120 crank  horsepower with just a flash!  Add S3 clutching and you are a huge 8-9 RWHP above OEM!  This tune can be run with an aftermarket exhaust without any issue, but our Level 2 tune is the best option for aftermarket exhaust as it's slightly richer for more power and less heat.
  • Level 2 Tune **Coming Soon**:   This tune is developed for an Xpedition with aftermarket exhaust on 91-93 octane.  This tune adds +6-7 RWHP peak and a massive +8-9 RWHP at 30 MPH (This is gaining roughly +10-11 crank horsepower) putting you at roughly 125 crank horsepower with just a flash and exhaust!  Due to how these motors/tuning works, this tune should work with about any aftermarket  exhaust, but was tested and designed with our AA slip-on exhaust.
  • Looking for race fuel or other octane tunes?  Let us know and we can help you.
  • If you're unsure if your Xpedition is an EVAP model or not, check your Emissions Control sticker located on the front driver's side frame rail above the front shock. See pictures for location.
  • *** ECU MUST BE SENT IN FOR PROGRAMMING/UNLOCKING:  Aftermarket Assassins, 2348 75th Ave, Osceola, WI 54020  ***
  • We will follow up with instructions on how to locate, remove, and send your ECU.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the ECU to AA, a shipping label is not included in the price  **Excludes Express Flash, which includes UPS Next Day Air label to ship ECU to AA
  • Programming turnaround will vary, but is normally 1-2 business days.
  • Express ECU service for US main 48 states only.   We'll send you a Next Day Air UPS label, and ship your ECU ONLY back via Next Day.  All other parts will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified/selected during order checkout.  Keep in mind we cannot guarantee same day programming/unlocking or control UPS shipping times/delays.  We will do everything possible to turn the ECU around as fast as possible.
  • When the ECU arrives we'll read your stock file and keep a file folder for your stock/tune files. We'll then flash with the correct AA tune.
  • If you ever need to go back to the OEM  tune we charge $95 which includes shipping back to you (shipping back for lower 48 US only).  Please contact us if you need to go back to your OEM tune.  (This is only for the AA ECU bench flash)
  • MAKE SURE you insure your ECU for $700.  AA is not responsible for shipping delays or lost ECUs. While more expensive over Priority Mail or FedEx, UPS has been the most reliable carrier in our experience.
  • Why AA tunes over others?  We have been tuning UTV's with CVT clutches for a long time, longer than almost anyone in our field going back to the 800 RZR.  Tuning a CVT vehicle properly is not an easy task as you have so many variables at one time.  We spend the time to wheel dyno(with actual UTV tires) correctly per modification, and have advanced ECU calibration and clutching knowledge to do so. Every change in horsepower can result in us changing clutching several times. We also develop most of our supporting mods so we know everything works correctly, and build parts to fit the vehicles needs.  Lastly and honestly the most important; we then back up our results with real world data logging on local trails and our facility on 110 acres.  It's this combination that truly makes the difference and why AA normally has a faster vehicle with the same or less rated tune horsepower.
  •  We left nothing on the table on the Xpedition bolt-on parts, if others claim more power/gains for the same mods use caution in believing it!
  • If you have any other needs in these tunes, or any concerns; please e-mail!
  • Stage 3 Clutch Kit includes: Setup/Installation sheet, AA Recoil magnetic adjustable clutch weights, primary spring, primary limiter washer, secondary spring and AA helix.  The initial setup guideline shows the best setups for dunes, mud, or all around trail riding. This also has brief instructions on installing your clutch kit among other important information.
  • The biggest problem with the Xpedition clutching is they do not have enough belt grip, they gain RPM too quickly and yet peak RPM is not achieved quickly.  Our kit helps combat this with a stiffer secondary spring over factory for even better belt grip and the right primary weight/spring to get proper RPM at the right time.  Our S3 clutch kit includes primary weights, spring, primary limiter, secondary spring and helix.  The helix adds more aggressive shift to the secondary clutch which gives you big acceleration gains and feels more like your throttle is locked to the rear wheels.  The Performance helix is the most acceleration gain, while the High Load is a little more than stock, but less aggressive for excessively heavy/large tires, crawling, or mud riding.
  • Our "Cruiser" option is for those looking for less cruising RPM and less noise.  The Xpedition has a higher running RPM from the factory.  The cruiser option loads the primary clutch weights heavier with our slug magnets.  These magnets are like 5 magnets in one large slug, whereas our standard magnets are only able to fit 3 in each hole.  This allows us to run more weight in the arms without having to purchase a completely different weight kit.  This kit option drops peak RPM down to roughly 7400-7700 RPM instead of 8300 like factory.  This does lose a bit of horsepower, but if that's not your concern, this add-on option works extremely well.   This setup also has even smoother engagement, crawls very well, and still has plenty of acceleration.  Think more of a cross between a Ranger and RZR as far as acceleration and feel.  The best part is you are not stuck with this option.  You can simply revert back to our standard clutch setups whenever wanting more performance.  Switching the weights takes 15-30 minutes for most and gives you a chance to clean up/inspect your clutches.
  • High Load Helix 1062:  Slightly less aggressive than the performance helix with good acceleration  gains/power transfer over the OEM helix.  Designed to work better for heavier vehicles, heavier tires, overly aggressive tread, heavy sand load or crawling type riding in mind.  Works on 2 & 4 door models with 30-35" heavier/aggressive tread tires over 44lbs each or 30-33" paddles.  Works well for this tire size on 2 and 5 seat models.
  • Performance Helix 1065:   Aggressive helix with acceleration/higher horsepower/aggressive fast pace drivers in mind. Works best with a tuned vehicle.  Works well with 30-33" lighter tires that are under 44lbs each and on 2 or 5 seat models.
  • The only special tool needed with our clutch kit is our Compression Tool #1
  • We highly recommend our clutch puller to pull the primary clutch when installing the weights, as the clutch is tucked into the machine.
  • For more information on our Stage 3 Clutch Kit please follow this link:  2024 Xpedition S3 Clutch Kit
  • Optional:  Butter Shift washers for slightly more spring pressure, smoother shifts, and less clutch harmonics
  • We HIGHLY suggest running our Stryker Belt as we've found it grips much better in the clutch
  • We also suggest our Revolver Billet Clutch Cover with Tower Lock for improved strength and airflow.
  • Have alignment issues? Use our P90X Secondary Clutch Alignment Shim Kit to set things straight
  • Highly recommend upgrading to our Heavy Duty P90X Secondary Clutch Rollers.
  • Oh... and get ready for your XP1K to flat out rip!

Great bathroom cabinet!
Color: White, Style: Wall Cabinet
My husband mounted this cabinet over our toilet and it’s the perfect addition! It looks great, matches the cabinets we already have and adds much needed storage! I plan on buying a second to put in my daughter’s/ the guest bathroom. The doors are magnetic and close securely, and the shelves are adjustable and feel sturdy. It was very easy to put together and feels very secure mounted on the wall

Mounting process could have been easier but still a beautiful cabinet
Color: White, Style: Wall Cabinet, Color: White, Style: Wall Cabinet
Beautiful cabinet seems to be good quality I just keep admiring something so beautiful about the white. The extra hardware is thoughtful. With some master skills I was able to get it mounted perfect. It was not a breeze but nonetheless I always find a way. I found the best way to mount this was to hold it against the wall and follow the pre-drilled holes at the bottom to drill the holes into the wall that wasnt that hard But for the top anchor/screws, the cabinet did not have pre-drilled holes and I was not about to guess !! So I used alien tape to tape the top wood bar to the unit as shown in pic then took the cabinet lined up the bottom holes while holding the cabinet up then I drilled holes through the unit with a small bit just to get the whole going then took it back down then followed the same holes with a bigger bit and it worked for me. It hung level. It was crazy that the pre-holes were not 16” apart when they could have been. I added extra screws to be able to mount them to a stud I didn’t feel comfortable with it not being mounted to a stud. The screws I had were too long gonna have to get some shorter screws. But it’s up & looks so nice DO NOT USE 11/32 bit. Don’t even use 5/16. I use 1/4 and kinda ran the drill in a circle to widen the whole and it was the perfect tight fit All in all I do love the cabinet. Just feel the mounting process could have been instructed more conveniently

Love it !!!!
Color: White, Style: Wall Cabinet, Color: White, Style: Wall Cabinet
I absolutely love this cabinet. It’s super well-made easy to put together and the space is great. I’ve already received some compliments. Thought it would guests. Come to my home. Just look at how nice it pairs with my bathroom. The handles are sturdy. There’s also a nice tag inside with the company’s name. If you’re looking for a bathroom cabinet, highly recommended this one is well worth it. Love it!!!

Excellent Cabinet for someone good at mounting a cabinet
Color: White, Style: Wall Cabinet
The cabinet arrived very well packaged with an instruction booklet, hardware, and an Allen wrench. The booklet says you will just need a Phillips screwdriver, but you will also need a drill with an appropriate bit (more on the bit later) to mount the cabinet on the wall. Assembling the cabinet was simplified by how well the cabinet pieces and hardware were labeled and referenced in the instruction booklet. The holes in all the cabinet parts lined up nicely. The doors swing on spring loaded pivots. They are not adjustable, but work well and are probably much less expensive than European style hinges. I was concerned that the doors would not line up, but they look fine. The Magnetic Latch also works well, but the little piece of wood that it mounts on fell off during assembly so I glued it back in place. This was the only problem I had assembling the cabinet. I let the glue dry overnight and mounted the cabinet the next day. The wood support plate they ship with the cabinet is a great way to hang a cabinet, however I did have some problems using the supplied anchors. I recommend having some other anchors and screws available in case you have similar issues. Skip this paragraph if you do not care about the details: I mounted the cabinet on drywall. The instructions said to drill 11/32” holes for the supplied plastic wall anchors. I did not have an 11/32” bit so I used a 5/16” bit. Even though my holes were 1/32” smaller than specified, the anchors slid into the drywall very easily without having to tap them. I recommend using a 5/16” bit or even a 9/32” bit instead of the 11/32” they specify. Next I mounted the support plate with the supplied screws, but I could not get the screws tight enough to hold the plate securely in place. It felt like the screws were too small in diameter so I used some slightly larger screws. That worked fine for one of the screws holding the plate and the two lower screws, but the second screw through the plate would not bite and hold the plate firmly. Fortunately I had one HILTI 3/16” hollow wall metal anchor left over from a previous project and was able to get the plate very solidly attached to the wall. My wife is very pleased with the cabinet. I did have some trouble with the latch and the install so I was tempted to knock off a star, but I think this is a 5-Star item considering the low cost and how well the the cabinet parts aligned with each other.
