Little Red Riding Hood is a silkscreen design on 100% cotton. It can simply be used as a tea towel/dish towel or following the easy printed instructions the three dolls can be cut out, sewn and stuffed to make the three characters, Little Red Riding Hood, the Grandmother and the Wolf.

Dimensions: 78 x 52 cm flat, Little Red Riding Hood is 28 cm, the Grandmother is 23 cm and the Wolf is 35 cm tall when stuffed.

Care instructions: Wash at maximum 30°C with similar colours.

The tea towel is wrapped around card, in a cellophane sleeve with full instructions and details of 4 other designs on the reverse of the printed card label.

Sarah Young is a painter, printmaker, illustrator and maker working with narrative themes often inspired by myth, folk tales, circus and burlesque imagery. As a printmaker she is known for her lino and wood cuts but also works in screen printing, mono print and collagraph.

Just linear

I appreciate that it helps to organize the chaos of information, but I just used the template verbatim with my manager and it did not go very well. He said this linear approach does not work anymore with high-level corporate audiences. They want to cut right to the chase and start to dig into the deep details. This layout with simple images, even if you just pull away the map and anchor slides, makes the storytelling too much like a story, not giving enough credit to the speed at which certain audiences can and do process data on a slide. It was an interesting exercise and I still think this linear layout works in some cases. Just not if you are trying to communicate business case or other C-suite type of information.
