For painting, we loved using these inexpensive Wet n’ Wild makeup brushes for crisp lines and easy coverage. Craft paint works the best, and you can expect to spend about $1 per color at your local craft store (or use what you already have on hand). Each banner comes together in about 2-3 fun-filled hours.
