Leggo Beast has a new album "Tales from the Crib" released on Big Chill Recordings (factor20). It's an upbeat, chunky gem and a departure from the more horizontal side of the Beast's musical output. It's been 2 years in the making, "Much of the time was spent just revising the way I work in the studio, trying to get rid of old habits and make the whole creative process more spontaneous, dynamic, refreshing" 14 years toil as a music producer under various guises, with Pork Recordings as one half of the Bullitnuts and as the solo artist Leggo Beast (Currently signed to Big Chill Recordings). Production and remix work for Tosca, R&S records, Deconstruction, Blue States, Jimpster, Fila Brazillia, Adidas, Addictive TV (featured Leggo Beast in the Mixmasters series), Quango (Island), SSR, Vertigo films (look out for "Sparkle" in October 2007)... DJing at venues in Belgium, Moscow, Paris, Barcelona, Berlin, Los Angeles, Athens, New York, Czech Republic, Stockholm, and extensively in the UK. Also Glastonbury (Rizla Tent), Phoenix Festival, Fabric (London) and the Big Chill festival. Currently to be seen getting drunk and playing music at the Big Chill Bar and House on various Saturdays and Sundays. My Favorite Style of Yoga Socks — I Love These

Classic old-fashioned presentation, versatile uses

I loved the presentation of this glitter in an old-fashioned atomizer perfume bottle with a pink squeeze puff. Because glitter powder is not prone to evaporation, an atomizer is actually a great way to package powder.
I tried this product with the atomizer and without. Honestly, I was just looking for some sparkles on my cheekbones and a glitter streak in my hair for a New Years Party. The instructions advised that for a targeted glitter application, spray the glitter on your hand and apply it with a brush. I found that this way left too much glitter behind on my hand.
Instead, I shook some glitter onto a piece of paper and mixed some with Aquaphor for application on my face. This helped the glitter adhere to my skin and lasted for hours. I mixed some glitter into hair gel and applied it to a streak in my hair. The larger pieces of silver glitter really sparkled this way.
Overall, this packaging looks great and would be functional if you were looking for an all-over application. Otherwise, just using a simple bottle works as well.

Woah, Shimmer!

I love cute little things like this with the spray bulb. They’re fun gifts. My daughter likes to shimmer sometimes. She kind of overdid it the first time. It does t take much to get a sparkly, fine shimmer. The photos are a bit exaggerated on the product page. You don’t have to “paint” your skin with it. It’s an easy application, and when used right really provides a nice accent. It’s light and has a quality look and feel.

So pretty!

This shimmer is beautiful! It applies smoothly and evenly and it sparkles absolutely beautifully. You can do one spritz for a very light coverage or a few to really glow! I love the applicator - makes me feel fancy. It was a little bit sticky at first but it dries quickly and isn't sticky after that. It's a really great product to brighten up your look. Highly recommend!
