The Maxspect XF330CE Gyre Cloud Edition represents an enhancement over the previous XF330 pump. This innovative device allows for remote control from any location worldwide using the new Cloud Enabled controller, which features built-in wifi capability along with the Syna-G app, eliminating the need for extra hardware (ICV6). Additionally, it comes equipped with touch control and a 3.2” LCD display right on the controller. Maxspect’s latest wavemaker offers more than 20 preset water patterns.

With the Cloud Edition, the four integrated flow deflectors can be independently rotated along the Gyre’s axis, and each deflector is fitted with two adjustable nozzles that enable left-to-right flow customization. This means eight nozzles can function in four distinct horizontal directions, in addition to four vertical directions.
A single XF Cloud Controller can oversee up to two XF Gyres and is compatible with any XF series pump.
The Cloud Gyre Controller works seamlessly with the earlier generation of XF series gyre pumps. It features two wired connections that can accommodate any combination of XF330 and XF350 pumps.

I wanted to educate myself on some of the issues that are presented in this book. If you're looking for just factual case-law and supreme court decisions this is not the book you're looking for. This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

Thankfully, women no longer have to pay more for retirement plans, and get lower payouts, than men. Amazing how many different, inventive the ways were in the 1960's to keep women out of jobs. Bless Title VII and the attorneys and clients who fought these battles; we stand on their shoulders. The saddest part is the update, at the end of the book showing how protections against gender discrimination in the workplace have weakened in recent years. In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.
