- Stainless steel exterior and top with a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior liner.
- Refrigerated pan rail holds up to 3 full-size pans up to 6 inches deep.
- 19-inch reversible white polyethylene cutting board is removable for cleaning.
- Side-mounted self-contained refrigeration uses R290 refrigerant and maintains 36°F to 38°F.
