This cat-back exhaust system is constructed of 3 IN - 2-1/2 IN mandrel-bent brushed finished 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength and durability. This system features high-flow 304 stainless steel mufflers, producing a deep sound. Finishing off this exhaust system are quad 3-1/2 IN diameter polished 304 stainless steel clamp-on exhaust tips. The tips features a laser etched aFe POWER logo for a unique style. This system produces a deep sound unleashing all available horsepower and torque. Utilizing a factory style flange and hangers this system is a direct bolt-on system, which requires no cutting or modifications for a hassle-free installation. This cat-back exhaust system uses a heavy duty flex pipe with an internal interlock liner for added strength and durability. A mitered merge x-pipe is used to balance and evenly distribute exhaust pulses traveling through the exhaust system, minimizing exhaust drone and maximizing scavenging. This system incorporates factory style exhaust valves which use the factory exhaust valve motors (not included). The valves help regulate, direct and control the flow of exhaust gases by opening, closing, or partially obstructing passageways depending on throttle position for maximum performance. My son loves this suit. He has worn it several times and he always mentions how comfortable it is. We don't use the tie but the other three pieces fit him well. When it first arrived it did have quite a few loose threads that had to be trimmed. Pretty much all the buttons and quite a few of the seams had several threads that needed to be trimmed. After that it appears to be good to go. None of the stitching continued to come undone. For the price this is a very good suit for kids.
