I work from photographs to create a personal and charming illustration of your home. You can choose from 1 of 16 background colours - If there isn't a colour there that is right for you, please contact me and it can be arranged! It is possible to colour match if you are after something very exact.

To order:

1. Please purchase the listing and specify your desired print size and background colour.
2. Then send me photographs of the venue via email at [email protected] with your order details. I will be drawing from the photos, so the better your photo the better my illustration will be! One from a head-on vantage point is always good and if you live in a terrace or detached house please make it clear which property is yours. I can also remove any details you may not want included for example hedges blocking a window. The illustration will be an artistic representation and will not be 100% accurate or drawn to scale.
3. If you would like any text included at the bottom, please let me know in the email with your photos. Please also let me know whereabouts on the map you would like your personalisation!

It will take 1-2 weeks for your illustration to be created, printed and shipped to you so please ensure you allow plenty of time when ordering.

Your illustration is printed onto lovely 280gsm paper, that enhances all the original colours of the print. This print is available in two standard A sizes so that it can be easily mounted or framed by you.

If you would also like to receive a digital download of the illustration, then please select this when ordering. This will allow you to be able to print your custom illustration as many times as you like, or even to use it as your very own special Christmas card or postcard! You will be sent the download as soon as the proof has been approved.

If you select the digital copy only option, then please note that you will not receive any physical printed copies of your print. You will need to enter the code 'DIGITALPOST' at the checkout in order to remove the automatic postage fee. If you forget to do this then no problem - I can refund you this afterwards.

Please note - It is your responsibility to correctly copy check your proofs. Once it has been approved and printed, it will be too late to edit. Any re-prints needed after this point will incur an additional fee.

A4: (W)21 x (H)29.7 cm.

A3: (W)29.7 x (H)42 cm.

Please note, all pictures are printed borderless to enable them to seamlessly fit in to standard frame sizes. If you would like a white border surrounding your image (making it slightly smaller than standard sizes) then please request this when ordering).

I will sign all my prints and am happy to provide an inscription if you would like one.

Each print will be packaged in a 100% biodegradable protective cello sleeve and posted out in a hard backed envelope to keep them nice and safe on their journey to you! They will each be printed to order, but will be worth the wait!
