Phô mai Parmesan là một loại phô mai tự nhiên, được làm bằng cách đông đặc sữa với vi khuẩn axit lactic và enzyme, sau đó lên men và ủ trong nhiều tháng nên có hương vị béo thơm đậm đà, mặn nhẹ cực cuốn.

Phô mai bột Parmesan cực kỳ tiện lợi và đa năng, có thể làm được nhiều món đơn giản và quen thuộc như rắc lên mì Ý để tạo độ béo và mặn nhẹ, cực hợp với các món mì sốt cà chua, sốt kem.

Dùng làm topping cho pizza giúp tăng thêm hương vị mặn mà và độ giòn khi nướng hay rắc lên salad, canh, súp, khoai tây chiên đều hấp dẫn.

Với các tín đồ mê món Hàn thì phô mai bột parmesan có thể dùng để rắc lên tokbokki, cơm chiên kim chi, súp kim chi, bulgogi,…hoặc bất cứ món ăn nào tùy thích. Chỉ cần rắc chút Parmesan, hương vị béo ngậy sẽ bùng nổ ngay lập tức, làm món ăn hấp dẫn hơn gấp bội!
