Adande developed a patented refrigerated drawer solution that has evolved into a modular unit that has proven itself with commercial catering equipment all over the world.

Adande does it all with very little temperature difference and without drying out, leaving product in frost free pristine condition.

• Precise temperature control in 1°C increments with adjustable digital temperature controller (15°C - -22°C)
• Designed to operate in ambient temperatures up to 40°C
