An album that explores our identity through twelve meticulously arranged pop songs, Benson’s most accomplished work yet was eight years in the making, and features the Dunedin Symphony Orchestra, New Zealand Youth Choir, and beats made with geologists from GNS Science.
Vinyl edition is a double LP, pressed on 180g heavy black vinyl, hand-numbered in an edition of 200. CDs are packaged in custom wallets. Zealandia follows Benson’s Taite Prize nominated Forest (2010), and breakthrough chamber pop debut The Awakening (2008).
2LP & CDs will come with a free copy of the Zealandia newspaper (24-page colour tabloid-size publication).
