Le Tres Groove Club present a reissue of Jacky Giordano's I'm 26, also known as Organ Plus, originally released in 1978. An aura of mystery hangs over Jacky Giordano, a studio musician who has mostly worked for library music. He is the one behind the amazing label Freesound - Schifters (1974), Philopsis (1975), Challenger (1974) - but as well on Montparnasse 2000 with Pop In Devil's Train (reissued on Le Très Groove Club, LTGC 001LP), on Timing (with Timing N°1 and Timing N°5, under the nickname Jacky Nodaro), on Musax with Boucles Rythmiques (under the nickname Joachim Sherylee, and reissued as well on Le Très Groove Club, LTGC 002LP), or Black Devil's Disco Club (1978) whose paternity is still disputed between him and Bernard Fêvre. Jacky Giordano wasn't an altar boy, far from it, and will have sadly been more known for his troubles with his troubles with justice than for his music. This is his work for the label l'Illustration Musicale (I'M) which can now be re-discovered thanks to this new reissue on Le Très Groove Club. Organ Plus (I'm 26) is the sequel to Organ (I'm 24), also reissued by Le Tres Groove Club (LTGC 003LP). The title is misleading here, organ not being a preponderant part of the record which honors the Fender Rhodes, string machine, bass synth, and clavinet. "Be Careful", "Riffologic", "Twillight": Jacky Giordano offers slow tempo jazz funk without losing the melancholy and lo-fi groove that make his tracks immediately recognizable regardless of the record label or alias.

Not the best, but not the worst either

By any means not the funniest book in the series, only the one on Krusty the Clown was more un-funny; but still a worthy addition to your collection and, just like all the others from the series providing a retrospective of anecdotes you might have forgotten.

Not that great
Huge "The Simpsons" fan. I watched all the episodes and read a lot of the comics and enjoy most. This one however was quite boring. Turns out I'm just not a big fan of Chief Wiggum. I really enjoyed The "Homer" and "Bart" book. But not this one. Maybe if you love Wiggum you'll love it. If you're not too fond of him then I wouldn't buy it.

SO GOOD!
Format: Audiobook
I haven’t read a YA or a thriller in such a long time so having both of these combined in one book was an absolute pleasure because it was such a fun book to read! This is my first full length novel by this author, I’ve read MANY of her fanfiction writings and they are truly top tier, and I knew this would be just as good as, if not better. And to no surprise, it was. There was a plethora of secrets and a ton of mystery sewn in throughout this book. It kept me guessing the entire time, which I absolutely love about thrillers. It took me a little bit to get into it after the first few chapters but once I did, I was thoroughly sucked into it. I read from chapter 5 on in one sitting.
That epilogue.. SO GOOD! And I really want more. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for an intriguing, easy, filled with mystery, suspense, and something different.
P.s. I would thoroughly enjoy a romance book between Jodi and Julian. PLEASE AND THANK YOU!
