蝦醬適合搭配許多食材，能夠增添鮮味與鹹香，以下是一些常見的搭配材料：
1. 蔬菜類（蝦醬與青菜特別搭）
• 空心菜 → 最經典的蝦醬空心菜
• 高麗菜 → 炒蝦醬高麗菜
清甜脆口
• 四季豆 → 蝦醬炒四季豆
香氣濃郁
• 茄子 → 可做蝦醬茄子燉煮料理
2. 肉類 & 海鮮（增強鮮味）
• 豬肉 → 炒蝦醬豬肉
• 雞肉 → 蝦醬炒雞丁
• 蝦 → 蝦醬炒蝦
• 蟹 → 泰國南部的蝦醬炒螃蟹很有名
3. 米飯
• 蝦醬炒飯 → 拌入蝦醬、蝦仁、蔬菜炒飯
蝦醬的鹹香味道很強，所以用量不需要太多，通常先用熱油炒香蝦醬，讓氣味散開後再加入其他食材，這樣能讓料理更有層次感！
大人小孩都愛吃的蝦醬😋
準備材料：
1、空心菜一把。
2、大蒜、辣椒適量。
3、蝦醬0.5～1湯匙量。
泰式蝦醬較鹹，請依照喜歡的口味斟酌加入喲～
製作方式：
1、先將大蒜辣椒爆香。
2、加入一湯匙的蝦醬拌炒。
3、倒入空心菜一起做拌炒
4、起鍋完成😋😋
Ps：其他菜類也是相同方式料理喔！

蝦肉、櫻花蝦、蒜頭、紅蔥頭、辣椒、蝦膏、鹽
冷藏保存 一年
