Designed for select Polaris Ranger models 2018 and newer. These kits summon audio adventure on every journey. Crafted with OEM quality fit and finish with easy and simple Plug & Play installation.

Polaris RANGER 2018-Current UTV Tuned Audio Package: Three Speaker 800 Watt STAGE 3 Audio System includes AM/FM, BT LED Source Unit controlling two amplifiers powering 2 coaxial speakers, 10 inch subwoofer in a sealed enclosure. All necessary mounting panels and harnessing are included.


KIT INCLUDES

Source Unit

  • AM/FM, Bluetooth source unit (GMR-LED).

Source Unit Mounting

  • 2018-Current Polaris RANGER dash mounting panel.

Front Speakers

  • The front 6.5 inch coaxial speakers are the NP1-116 two way speakers.

Front Speakers Mounting

  • High impact HDPE RANGER specific left & right speaker panels are an ultra-compact design that takes up minimal space.

Subwoofer

  • Dual voice coil 10 inch subwoofer in a high impact HDPE composite enclosure.

Subwoofer Mounting

  • The subwoofer enclosure fits perfectly under front passenger seat and features extra storage pockets.

Full Range Amplifier

  • NA2-400.2: High Efficiency, Full Range Class D 400 Watt Amplifier.

Marine Grade Protection / IPX Rating

  • MB Quart has engineered a select group of UTV-tuned audio systems that are perfectly designed for the Polaris RANGER. It is essential that every component installed in a RANGER be torture tested to be as reliable as it can be in such a harsh environment. This system is made up of multiple components that have different IPX ratings. The source unit, speakers, and subwoofer are IPX67 rated. The amplifiers are IPX5 rated.

Source Unit Features

  • QUICK PAIR immediately connects to the last device that was connected and you'll have full Apple Control with Bluetooth capabilities. This unit also displays album artwork, if present, in your file. High voltage output guarantees maximum volume when running external amplifiers.

Speaker Features

  • These speakers are meticulously engineered to fit in the Polaris RANGER. They include a 1" Titanium Dome Tweeter that will deliver natural sounding high frequency response, while producing high volume. Injection molded composition Polypropylene cone produces impactful bass with minimal cone flex. The Composite (UV Resistant ASA+Fiberglass) frames are incredibly strong and lightweight. The entire assembly makes it as indestructible as the RANGER.

  • High Efficiency Class D Amplifier Compact Powersports Subwoofer Amplifier.

Subwoofer Features

  • 400 Watt Specific 10 inch Subwoofer System includes 10 inch, Dual 4 ohm Subwoofer, RANGER Subwoofer Enclosure with storage pockets, powered by the 400 Watt High Efficiency Class D amplifier.

Mount / Harness

  • Plug and Play Harness. Waterproof Connectors with pre-measured wires. No guesswork, no installation mistakes.

Time and Tools

  • Standard hand tools are required. See the manual for time on each of the different components.

Looks good so far, will update once installed
Have not installed this yet, so this is only a first impression review. I bought it to use in the wheel well area on my truck, so I’ll update later once I actually get it on and see if it makes a real difference. So far it looks good out of the box and seems straightforward enough. One thing I’d recommend is making sure you have a sound deadening roller for install, because I would not try putting this on without one. Too early for me to say how well it works for road noise since it is not installed yet, but I wanted to post my initial thoughts for now and will update later.

Solid Product, lots of it too
Ive had the insane rattling from my subwoofer and the highway drone from my aftermarket exhaust, and this 80mil sound deadening mat was the exact fix I needed. The 36 sqft kit (which comes as 33 pieces) was plenty to fully cover my trunk, rear deck, and floorboards. Since it's a butyl-based material, there’s no awful asphalt smell, and it adhered incredibly well with just a simple roller. The difference is honestly night and day. My bass hits so much tighter and cleaner now without the whole back end vibrating like a tin can. Even better, the cabin is significantly quieter at high speeds; that aggressive exhaust drone is finally muffled to a deep, tolerable purr. If you want an affordable way to upgrade your audio quality and actually hear your music on long drives, I highly recommend this! It took some weekend elbow grease, but the payoff is incredible.

I used this sound deadening material in my car during an audio and interior upgrade, and the difference was noticeable immediately. Road noise, vibrations, and rattling were reduced a lot, especially on the doors and floor panels. The car feels much quieter and more solid while driving now. The material was easy to cut and apply, and the adhesive stuck very well without peeling up. It has a quality feel to it and conforms nicely around curves and tight areas.
