For the majority of that time, she's been on Sacred Bones Records, and Okovi marks her reunion with the label. Fittingly, the 11 electronics-driven songs on Okovi share musical DNA with her early work on Sacred Bones. The music on this record was written in pure catharsis, and as a result, the sonics are heavier, darker, and more exploratory. In addition to the contributions of Danilova's longtime live bandmate Alex DeGroot, producer/musician WIFE, cellist/noise-maker Shannon Kennedy from Pedestrian Deposit, and percussionist Ted Byrnes all helped build the textural universe of these songs. Above all, Zola Jesus has crafted a profound meditation on loss and reconciliation that stands tall alongside the great works of it's genre. Okovi speaks of tragedy with great wisdom and clarity. It's songs plumb dark depths, but they reflect light as well.

Good second-level pickleball paddles for a great price

I've been playing pickleball for a while now, though not ever well. I have progressed from wooden paddles and just trying things out to bundles of basic fiberglass paddles and balls to higher-end paddles that individually cost more than the "multi-paddle plus balls" bundles. I have kids and kids-in-law and grandkids, and not everyone has their own paddles. Thus, I purchased this set to get a couple more paddles.
This Amazon Basics set of 2 paddles, four balls, and a carrying case is a starter set, maybe one step up from the basic wooden paddles that I started with. The paddles are nice, light-weight but sturdy, with a decent surface that should allow some level of control. The grips are nice, and there is some additional grip tape you can use to retape a handle that wears out.
The balls are standard balls, and should get you started.
The case is similar to cases I've purchased before with other sets. Unfortunately, the makers skimped on the zipper. It only has one (another case from a similar set had two zippers), and after just a few uses, the zipper completely fell off (see photo). This makes the case completely useless, and definitely drops my rating.
But, given the price, the quality of the paddles, and the four balls, this is still a great starter set, even without a cheap carrying case. I'm happy to have the extra balls and paddles.

Soooo cute & girly!

This cute coral and white pickleball paddle set is perfect for beginners or casual games. The paddles feel sturdy and well made, and the color combo is really fun and stylish. I also love that it comes with two different types of balls, so you’re ready to play right away.
