Human GSH (Glutathione) ELISA KitThe Human (GSH) Glutathione ELISA Kit measures glutathione in samples. Add samples to the pre coated plate. Then add biotinylated antigen. The antigens in the samples compete with the biotinylated antigen to bind to the capture antibody and incubate. Unbound antigen is washed away during a washing step. An avidin HRP is then added and then incubate. Unbound avidin HRP is washed away during a washing step. TMB Substrate is then added and color

The Human (GSH) Glutathione ELISA Kit measures glutathione in samples. Add samples to the pre-coated plate. Then add biotinylated antigen. The antigens in the samples compete with the biotinylated antigen to bind to the capture antibody and incubate. Unbound antigen is washed away during a washing step. An avidin-HRP is then added and then incubate. Unbound avidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. TMB Substrate is then added and color develops. The reaction is stopped by addition of acidic stop solution and color changes into yellow that can be measured at 450 nm. The intensity of the color developed is inversely proportional to the concentration of GSH in the sample. The concentration of GSH in the sample is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

I don’t have babies anymore just teens, but I keep one of these in the car for back of my hands. It doesn’t either freeze nor get hot melty and gloopy and separated like a cream. It is like totally thick and white though, if that matters to you or your baby. I also keep the adult sun bum stick (not mineral) in my purse. Takes up no room. It is less white/more cosmetically elegant than baby mineral one, and I touch up my face with it. I reapply sunscreen every 2 hours (don’t wear makeup). These things are perfect!!!! They last forever too.
