The Hollyland Hard-Shell Carrying Case (Model: HL-C1PRO-SC04) is the official, rugged OEM replacement protection vault designed specifically to house, organize, and transport the Solidcom C1 and Solidcom C1 Pro wireless intercom systems.

While smaller 2-headset to 4-headset kits often ship from the factory in zippered fabric pouches, this heavy-duty hard case is built for larger 6-headset and 8-headset configurations (with or without a master Hub station). It provides maximum drop, crush, dust, and weather resistance when shipping gear in production trucks or flight cases.

Core Structural Features

• Custom Form-Fit Laser-Cut Foam: The interior features precision-molded, high-density foam arrays. Instead of a generic "pick-and-pluck" interior, it features dedicated, tailored slots that keep headsets from compressing against one another, alongside dedicated cutouts for the massive multi-slot charging base, batteries, and cables.

• Industrial Impact-Resistant Shell: Molded from a high-impact, rugged polypropylene compound that shrugs off heavy impacts, structural stacking loads, and rough handling by stage hands or baggage handlers.

• Waterproof & Weather-Sealed Gasket: Equipped with a continuous neoprene internal O-ring seal around the lid perimeter. This provides an airtight barrier that seals out fine dust, sand, rain, and humidity on harsh outdoor shoots.

• Automatic Pressure Equalization Valve: Features a built-in mechanical pressure valve. This automatically balances internal air pressure changes while blocking water molecules, preventing the case from creating a "vacuum lock" and getting stuck shut after flights in cargo holds.

Smart Packing Tip: When packing down your Solidcom system, notice the specific vertical battery storage slots cut directly into the right side of the foam layout. Always remove the small lithium-ion battery sticks from the bottoms of the headsets before placing them into their main compartments. Leaving batteries clicked inside the headsets during transit can sometimes cause the flexible boom mics to shift inside the closed case, activating the internal microswitches and draining battery health on the road.
