Our foolproof DIY Construction Number Cake Kit is perfect for first-time bakers and busy parents to create themselves, or together with little (& big!) people in the kitchen. Everything you need comes in the kit, including the 100% natural ingredients (natural cake mix, pure icing sugar, plant-based food colouring and natural sprinkles), a disposable baking pan, a stencil to help shape the cake and pre-cut edible images to apply to the cake like stickers (icing sheet). Option to eat the images as a fun birthday novelty, or peel them off before serving to keep the cake 100% natural.

If you have your own recipe, prefer a store-bought cake (Shh! We won't tell) or managing specific allergies, you can buy the pre-cut edible images, stencil and any other items you need from the pantry. 

It's our mission to make baking fun, easy, natural and inclusive, so every parent and child can successfully bake and enjoy the experience together (even if they hate baking!) and so every kid at the party can enjoy a slice of cake. That’s why we use 100% natural ingredients with no artificial colour, flavours or preservatives.

I wanted to educate myself on some of the issues that are presented in this book. If you're looking for just factual case-law and supreme court decisions this is not the book you're looking for. This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

Thankfully, women no longer have to pay more for retirement plans, and get lower payouts, than men. Amazing how many different, inventive the ways were in the 1960's to keep women out of jobs. Bless Title VII and the attorneys and clients who fought these battles; we stand on their shoulders. The saddest part is the update, at the end of the book showing how protections against gender discrimination in the workplace have weakened in recent years. In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.
