This is a RACE Head, not a out-of-the box product, it use requires port work, combustion chamber work, valve seat work, and customs products that are not included and has to be made by a professional engine builder. please clear all of your questions before purchase it. - This bare cast cylinder head flows as much as a 16V Head, and there is room for improvement, designed with the best VW engine buiders in South america and Europe, the SPA X-Flow head is for the ABA block lovers, and for countries that swap engines are not allowed.
- the head accepts OEM camshafts, and will direct fit on any ABA block.
- This list includes only the cylinder head with seats, valve guides and camshaft caps.
- Intake valve seats: 41mm 8mm valve guides.
- Exhaust valve seats: 36mm 8mm valve guides.
- 35mm size lifters (not included).
- Spark plugs: 10mm / 3/4" reach / 5/8"HEX (01-05 SUZUKI GSXR 1000 similar).
- 30cc combustion chamber volume.
- accepts 8v OEM camshafts.
- when you purchase we'll provide the .DWG files for the exhaust and intake manifold flanges, need to be custom made.

Great for mental stimulation. Durable for my chewers!

Love these! Quality material, safe for dogs — I make my dogs home made freezer treats and fill these up with it, and serve. Keeps them busy for hours. It’s also fun for them to roll it around to get regular treats out of. Toy + treats = a very happy pup. This size I got for my puppy. The larger ones I use for my adult dogs. Super cute too, and silent! I have Mini Aussies, so it’s great mental stimulation for them. Tires them out.

No challenge once they figure it out once, or if they have a long nose
Color: Blue
The first time I used this with my 9 month old Shepard mix, it was great. We used about 1/3 cup of her kibble and added the Nook to make it harder. It kept her working for 20-30 minutes. However, now that she knows how to remove the Nook, and stick her snout into the opening and lick up the kibble, it lasts about 5 minutes, and is no longer a challenge. She still enjoys playing with this, even when it is empty, and hasn't it destroyed it yet, so for that 3 stars.

Awesome toy, add peanut butter

I love this, and so does my dog! Yes, plain kibble can fall out too easily, so I put a blob of peanut butter in too and that helps it stick better. Bigger treats work great, as well. Its big and slippery enough that she can't rip it apart, which is great. Absolutely recommend, it's cute to see my dog flip and nose this around. I will probably getting the purple one too, as they are quite affordable. A+

Bento Ball for the Win!

I got the Starmark Everlasting Bento Ball for my doodle, and it’s quickly become one of their favorite toys.
First off, it’s super durable—which is a must for doodles that love to chew. This ball is made from tough material designed for aggressive chewers, and it actually holds up really well over time.
What I love most is the mental stimulation. You can fill it with treats or kibble and even add a harder “cap” treat on top, so your dog has to work for it. It keeps my doodle busy and entertained way longer than a regular toy.
The erratic rolling design is another win—it doesn’t just roll straight, so it keeps your dog engaged and curious. Bonus: the textured surface helps with light dental cleaning while they chew. 🦷

Very Durable and keeps dog busy
Size: Medium
We have a dog who loves to chew up EVERYTHING!! She is constantly getting into things and if she can't reach an item of interest, she will find a way to get it, even if it means jumping up on the counter or pool table. LOL. We've tried every puzzle toy and treat you can imagine to keep her busy and tire her out mentally, but nothing really worked that well. She would figure the puzzles out quickly and become board with them after several uses, and preferred to try and chew up the plastic instead. Treats, like bully sticks, that should last a "long time" were gone within 10 minutes. I didn't have high hopes for this product given the history of our dog, but I WAS WRONG!!! The treat was already in the ball when it arrived, so I gave it to her like that. She licked, pawed, and chewed at this treat for hours and did not get board with it. She wore down a little of the dome shape on the treat by the end of the night, but there was still a lot left when I took it up. I gave it to her again the next evening and again it kept her busy. By the third day, the treat was worn down to a ring shape so I took the treat out of the ball and gave it to her. She ate it in about 3 minutes. After examining the ball, it is still in good shape with no damage like we found with hard plastic toys like the kong wobbler. We will definitely be ordering the refills to use with this ball. Best product we have found for busy, destructive dogs who become board easily.
