A new production of the 1987 album. The seeds of this new reimagining of the albums were first sown in 2008 when David asked Mario McNulty to remix the track 'Time Will Crawl' and record new drums by longtime Bowie drummer, Sterling Campbell along with strings. The track was issued on the iSelect compilation to much acclaim, and in the notes, for that record, David remarked 'Oh, to redo the rest of that album'. Fast-forward to early 2018 McNulty entered Electric Lady Studios in New York with Sterling, Tim Lefebvre on bass, who was in the ? ("Blackstar") band and Reeves Gabrels and David Torn on guitars. All of the musicians had a history with David, so were a perfect fit for what now sound like brand new songs. Nico Muhly, whom Mario first met when they were both interns working for Philip Glass in 2001, has handled the string arrangements.

Adorable Fathers Day book!
Format: Board book
I got this book for my husband for Father’s Day, and it’s absolutely adorable. The message is sweet and heartfelt, focusing on how Dad supports, plays with, and loves his child. The writing has a lovely, warm tone that’s perfect for reading aloud together.
The book itself is also excellent quality — it has a thick padded cover and sturdy board book pages that can withstand little hands. The illustrations are vibrant with great color contrast, which keeps our toddler engaged. Highly recommend as a gift or a bedtime staple for any dad and child duo!

Great book for baby.

Lovely, adorable & well-written - perfect, "daddy" book!
Format: Board book
I bought this book for my son (and maybe a little for my husband lol) when I realized he had 3 "mommy-centered" books, but none for daddy. I wanted one with quality artwork that also had a more tender and meaningful approach, rather than just silly, one that could foster appreciation of my husband and how much he loves my son.
I had a difficult time narrowing down which book to get, but I am SO very glad that this is the one I went with. The pictures are adorable, the rhythm & rhyming are very well done and flow well, and the message of the book is exactly what I was hoping for, showing how daddy helps baby learn and grow and how much they love each other. My son loves it!
