Its Y-piece and cap are designed for leak testing, while the smooth internal profile made of PVC minimizes surface area, leading to lower resistance. This circuit comes in two sizes, featuring internal diameters of 15mm and 22mm. Both options measure 1.8m in length and include blue connectors with 22mm fittings. For patients weighing up to 7kg, the 15mm size is recommended, while for those between 7kg and 40kg, either the 15mm or 22mm sizes can be utilized. For patients over 40kg, the 22mm size is appropriate. Please be aware that the connectors are 22mm, so they should not be confused with the smooth bore designed for the mini lack, which requires 15mm connections. This product can serve as a complete patient circuit, as it includes 2 patient hoses, a Y-piece, and a cap.
