- Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor.
- Stainless steel top, front, sides, and doors deliver durability and an easy-to-clean work surface.
- Aluminum interior and galvanized steel bottom/back help balance strength and corrosion resistance.
- Pans are furnished 4 inches deep, and the top accommodates pans up to 6 inches deep.
