Sản phẩm là sự hòa trộn đều giữa các thành phần nguyên liệu và gia vị như bột cà ri, bột nghệ, bột thịt bò, tỏi, rau mùi, thì là, gừng, nhục đậu khấu, đinh hương thảo quả…mang đến loại bột cà ri có màu vàng đậm với mùi thơm nồng đặc trưng, rất dễ hòa tan khi nấu.

Quan trọng là Ottogi curry powder đã có đầy đủ các hương vị béo, mặn, ngọt, cay thơm cần thiết nên chỉ cho nước vào nấu là sẽ nhanh chóng có ngay một nồi cà ri chất lượng đầy hấp dẫn mà không tốn quá nhiều thời gian. Hướng dẫn sử dụng: Chuẩn bị các nguyên liệu cho 4 phần ăn như: 100g bột cà ri, 130g thịt bò, 270g hành tây, 100g khoai tây, 60g cà rốt, 700ml nước, tỏi băm, dầu ăn.

  • Sau khi phi thơm tỏi băm vơi dầu ăn, cho lần lượt thịt và rau củ đã sơ chế và thái miếng vừa ăn vào xào sơ
  • Cho 700ml nước vào nấu cho đến khi nguyên liệu chín hẳn
  • Chỉnh lửa về nhỏ, cho từ từ bột cà ri vào khuấy đều rồi đem đun sôi lại, nêm nếm lại cho vừa ăn rồi tắt bếp
  • Cho hỗn hợp xốt cà ri lên cơm, bún hoặc bánh mì và thưởng thức
