Each spring, formations of sandhill cranes crisscross the skies along Nebraska's Platte River in one of the last great migratory spectacles on the North American continent. From across the globe, tens of thousands of visitors gather to witness a land transformed, "wild with birds." But the central Platte River system is witness to even more than this wondrous annual event. It is also an abiding source of natural, agricultural, and economic life in three states as an icon of western history and as a place of wonder. In This River Beneath the Sky, Doreen Pfost seamlessly blends memoir and nature writing, tracking the Platte River valley for one calendar year, ushering readers through its diverse and changing landscape and the plants, animals, and humans that call the ecosystem home.

From serving as a tour guide for visitors who come to see the sandhill crane migration to monitoring the population count on a bluebird trail, from exploring the human settlements surrounding the Platte River to wading the river with biologists, Pfost immerses herself in the rhythm and life of the area. Along with Pfost's personal experiences of the river, she explores the river's history, the land- and water-use choices that were made decades ago and their repercussions that must now be mitigated if cranes--and other species--are to survive and flourish, and the legislative and scientific efforts to preserve the diverse species and their essential habitat.

Efficient long lasting. Great Value
Style: CF10735 Classic
These filters (my second one) has lasted me over two years with a little maintenance in between, (removing from time to time to vacuum and shake out the bigger debris.) They do a great job of keeping the cabin air really clean and fresh. 1) Over designed and built (Good thing) installed without effort. 2) Fit and finish is perfect for my 2016 Genesis G80 3) Carbon filter works well but after about six months it no longer absorbs orders, This is excepted especially when I have not swapped it out for over two years. 4) Great value and honestly I should be replacing these cabin filters out ever six months for efficiency and order control. Note: When I decided to replace it the filter held up structurally as the day I installed it. The charcoal beads where all intact as well.

Won't be returning this one, will actually buy it for the rest of my cars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

**Perfect Fit for My 2008 Acura TL**
**Perfect Fit for My 2008 Acura TL** I bought this cabin air filter as a replacement for my 2008 Acura TL, and it fit perfectly 👌. Installation was quick and easy—no issues at all. The build quality feels solid, and the activated carbon is a nice bonus for helping reduce odors and improve air quality inside the cabin. For the price, it's a great value compared to dealership options. Highly recommend this if you're looking for a simple and reliable replacement!

Just what my vehicle's A/C, heat system needed ..
Good fit, and quality. Easy to change. You might be surprised how changing the cabin air filter can improve the airflow in your vehicles A/C, and heat system.

Perfect fit, Easy install, Better than taking it to a dealer.
This filter fits perfectly and easily. Unlike the dealer-installed filter (which I assume was an OEM filter but maybe not), it has arrows that indicate which side and orientation should be facing outward. The dealer-installed one does not have this and, as you can see from the photo, it was installed incorrectly. It should not be folded in on the sides. The old filter in the photo is after about 20K miles if that is a useful reference for you. Also, if you watch any YouTube videos, you will see a reference to releasing a plunger as the first step in releasing the glovebox door. For my 2018 Honda Accord Touring, there was no plunger, and that was confusing to me. If you don't see one, just go to the next step -- squeezing in the top, back corners of the glove box to fold it down. After that, everything goes like in the videos. Getting back to this filter -- it seems like it's better quality than the dealer-installed one. Shipping was fast. I would buy it again but, because this only takes a couple of minutes, next time I would do both the cabin and engine air filter at the same time so you might save a little money buying the combo set. Again, a very easy install and you don't risk having a dealer doing it incorrectly.
