岡山的共同釀造企劃，第一年的主題是「WATER CROSSOVER」！不同的用水可以影響到酒的骨格，而今次「御前酒 HACCOS 2022」正是使用「大正の鶴」的用水，兩間酒蔵彼此交流技術，共同釀岀的成品。
御前酒的重要元素為菩提酛，而水在這個釀酒工夫的前期中擔當著十分重要的角色。今次所使用的為硬水，在乳酸開始發酵時，酸度的浮現較使用軟水時來得要快，因此在加入酒母前，已形成獨特的酸味。
