They vinify each parcel separately to makes sure the blend shows a balanced picture of the wines of Anjou.
The Anjou Rouge comes from 25-30 years old vines. The blend is 80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is made using no additives, and is macerated for 10 days in ambient temperature with ambient yeasts. It is non-filtered and is aged in stainless steel tanks.
