The formulation includes 1,000 mcg of methylcobalamin, an active form of vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and psychological function, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The blend features 100 mg of 10:1 grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera), equivalent to 1,000 mg per serving, providing naturally occurring plant polyphenols. The capsules are vegan and gluten-free, with no artificial colours or animal-derived ingredients.
