All samples are processed at Aberystwyth University within the Department of Life Sciences. Your dog’s sample is analysed in an academic sequencing environment with rigorous scientific protocols, quality control standards, and research-grade equipment, ensuring a high level of accuracy and integrity.

Because the testing is carried out within a university laboratory setting rather than a rapid-turnaround commercial facility, results are typically returned within approximately two - four weeks.
