Much of what the nose reveals is confirmed on the palate, but the mint tea aroma stands out in particular, balanced by the grassy, ethereal acidity of the grapefruit. A wine that stays on the palate for a long time, shows finesse, acidity that carries but is not in the foreground and shows potential to surprise for years to come. Elegant, with a good grip thanks to its acidity and delicate phenolics, it prepares a long taste experience on the palate.
