Among the ruins of Embergard, the City of Ash, the clash of steel rings loud. Under the leadership of the daring Jorvan Kreel, hard-bitten Freeguild soldiers fight to secure supplies of magical emberstone – a vital resource in the war for the Mortal Realms. But the Shadows conceal danger – Skaven of the Clans Eshin, villainous ratmen who excel in assassination. With them comes the infamous Deathmaster Crixxit, who now has Kreel in his sights. The stage is set for a desperate clash in a dead city.

Skirmish Battles in the Mortal Realms

The stalwart Freeguild warriors of the Cities of Sigmar clash with the Skaven of the Clans Eshin, deadly assassins who lurk in the shadows of the ruined city. Take the plunge into Warhammer: Age of Sigmar with the City of Ash boxed set. It contains two full, balanced Spearhead armies, a board to play on, scenery pieces, and the books and cards you'll need to play fast-paced, action-packed games.

This set contains 42 multipart plastic Citadel miniatures:

Sentinels of Embergard – 1 Jorvan Kreel – 1 Thexa the Ash Panther – 1 Mallus Forgepriest – 5 Freeguild Gallants – 10 Freeguild Grenadiers

Crixxit's Kill-Pack – 1 Deathmaster Crixxit – 1 Deathmaster – 10 Night Runners – 10 Gutter Runners – 2 Bomb Rats

The miniatures in this box offer a degree of customisation. The Mallus Forgepriest includes a choice of 2 heads.

One of the Freeguild Gallants can be built as an optional champion, and another as an optional standard bearer, who has a choice of 2 banner toppers. The kit includes 8 interchangeable weapons, 5 interchangeable shields, 3 interchangeable Gargoylian base decorations, and 12 interchangeable heads – 6 bare and 6 helmeted.

Each of the Freeguild Grenadiers has a choice of 2 heads – helmeted or bare – and the champion can be armed with a pair of pistols or a pistol and a club.

The Gutter Runners and Night Runners share a frame, so you can assemble them all the same or as 10 of each. One of the Night Runners can be assembled as an optional champion.

The box also contains: – 1 72-page Warhammer Age of Sigmar Handbook – 1 24-page City of Ash Battlepack booklet – 1 double-sided folding game board – 36 Spearhead cards – 5 plastic relic objectives – 2 plastic ruined manor terrain features

Contents: – 398 plastic components – 1 Citadel 40mm Round Base – 1 Citadel 25mm Round Base – 4 Citadel 32mm Round Bases – 39 Citadel 28.5mm Round Bases – 1 Cities of Sigmar Transfer Sheet

sweet picture book read
Format: Hardcover
I LOVE DAD WITH THE VERY HUNGRY CATERPILLAR is a sweet book of love, written from the perspective of a child to their father. The book uses imagery from other Eric Carle books alongside simple language to describe the connection between father and child, such as "Dad... You are easy to talk to... and you're fun to play with." Ellipses break up sentences across multiple pages, with animals that suit each phrase pictured as parent and child. What I loved: This is a cute and simple read that would be a great gift for a new father or father of a young child, as they can share it together. The short length of the book works well for infants and toddlers, as each page only has a few words. The illustrations are simple, borrowing from past Eric Carle books to maintain his style, and showing the animals most related to the text (for instance, on the page with "but you're still cool" it features polar bears) on a white background. This is a simple style that will work well for little ones. The very hungry caterpillar appears on each page, almost hidden and could make for a fun and easy search for toddlers. Final verdict: Overall, this is a sweet picture book that would make a great gift for new fathers or fathers with young children.

great audio book
Format: Kindle
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really enjoyed Strangers. It was the perfect length — long enough to get invested in the characters without dragging on. The story felt very relatable and honest about how much people and marriages can change over 20 years. I appreciated how openly it explored growing apart, unmet expectations, and the complicated emotions that come with long-term relationships. That said, while I could understand some of James’s feelings, I personally don’t think I could ever forgive him for walking away from his kids. That part stayed with me long after I finished the book. Overall, an emotional and thought-provoking read that felt very re

Courage with a Dose of Strength
Format: Kindle
I believe this book took a lot of courage to write. To me she did a great job of not showing bitterness just love, confusion, and taking back the power. Belle admitted to her struggles and being knocked off her feet by what happened. She asked the questions and was left with No answers. She picked herself up and proved she was strong. I love that she still believes in her life story. That she still believes in love. But i also admire that she recognized the cycle and is going to break it for her kids. So, hopefully this book will be another way people realize we need to stop shifting the blame do the victim. Put ownership where it belongs. Stop, listen, and be a friend.
