La autora lee cuidadosamente lo que constituye una  intersección cultural y polÃtica: el proyecto educativo de la División de Educación de la Comunidad (DIVEDCO) que se inició en Puerto Rico en la década de los cuarenta y en el cual coincidieron, no sin alianzas y pugnas, tanto representantes del Estado colonial como intelectuales y artistas antagónicos a esa formación polÃtica, entre los cuales se encuentran René Marqués, Pedro Juan Soto y Lorenzo Homar. De manera rigurosa y original,  apoyándose en fuentes primarias reveladoras, este libro estudia la situación tensa y contradictoria en la cual se desempeñaron una serie de intelectuales afiliados a la DIVEDCO.
Con agudeza interpretativa,  Marsh Kennerley nos adentra  en una confluencia de la cultura y la polÃtica del Puerto Rico moderno. La negociación  compleja que la articula problematiza lo que a menudo se ha visto como una mera polaridad ideológica.

Best wallet ever!!

Got this for my dad for Xmas. He’s the pickiest person ever with wallets. He’s had the same one since I was in elementary school. He likes the trifold heavy duty wallets so I thought I’d give this a try and he has been using it ever since! He really likes the quality and durability and trifold in this wallet. Super secure and the leather is nice. Lots of card capacity and isn’t too thick

Heavy duty wallet.

Wow, this wallet is heavy duty thick leather with fantastic stitching. Will last a long time, very durable for a work wallet. The leather is smooth and fits well in the back pocket. A wallet for a man, not a boy.
