How To Wear:

- Insert the hook end of the waist trap into the buckle. Adjust the length of the waist strap to provide stabilization. Then fasten the hook and loop closure to tighten.

works, just not the strongest magnet.
magnet will hold a drill but anything much heavier it will start to slide. have on e on fridge, 2 on safe and on on garage cabinet. fridge and safe hold the least, i guess due to plastic over magnet and coating on the safe and fridge. cabinet does best but still will slide with any significant weight. holds my drills ok however.

Not worth it
These things suck the screw in the middle keeps falling of by just moving the thing from one place to another I already lost two screws that fell apart and with it the magnet. Very dissapointed I wouldn’t waste my money
