This natural red blend of Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent, Syrah, and Zweigelt is vinified with minimal intervention, undergoing carbonic maceration and aging for ten months in large wooden barrels. The nose bursts with ripe black cherry, wild blackberry, plum, and hints of wild strawberry, all wrapped in delicate floral tones of violet and cherry blossom.
