Migali C-RO4B-24GL-LP Description
Made of stainless steel, the Migali C-RO4-24GL-LP Competitor Series® gas range is highly durable for commercial use. The two standard ovens in the base are porcelain enameled to ease cleaning, and the entire unit is mounted on casters. It has one rack per oven, which can be moved to accommodate various applications. Fitted with a rear backsplash, messes are kept off the kitchen wall.
The Migali C-RO4-24GL-LP four burner gas range has one griddle with a 3⁄4-inch-thick plate that ensures food is cooked evenly and quickly. Made of cast iron, the grates on the four manually ignited burners are removable for cleaning and scrubbing out debris underneath. It has chrome knobs for temperature control, and if the temperature gets too high, a safety feature will turn the unit off.
