Due to the correct ratio of glucose and fructose (1:0.8) in this drink, your body is capable of absorbing carbohydrates without causing digestive or stomach issues. You should take this drink during a long exertion of at least 2 hours. The drink is available in the Lemon flavor.

Recommended usage: The sports drink can be mixed in two different carbohydrate dosages: 40 grams of carbohydrates or 80 grams of carbohydrates.

• Turbo Drink with 40 grams of carbohydrates: Mix 42g of powder (1 level scoop) with 500ml of water in a bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, and the sports drink is ready to use.
• Turbo Drink with 80 grams of carbohydrates: Mix 84g of powder (2 big scoops) with 500ml of water in a bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, and the sports drink is ready to use.

Consume 1 bottle per hour during the exertion. Usage depends on individual carbohydrate and fluid needs. Based on the options above, you can also determine how many bars and/or gels you consume per hour in addition. It is also possible to replace 500ml of water with 750ml, keeping the carbohydrate content in 1 bottle the same. However, ensure that you still drink 1 bottle per hour to maintain your nutrition strategy.
