Hij bevat onder andere beschrijvingen van kristallen voor energieversterking en reiniging van ruimten en het kristal-medicijnwiel. De auteur werkt reeds meer dan dertig jaar met (half)edelstenen en heeft, vooral door haar intuitieve benadering, een grote kennis van kristallen opgebouwd. Haar inzichten heeft zij vastgelegd in een drietal boeken. Deze 'kristallenbijbel' is een praktische en handige gids en informeert de lezer over bekende edelstenen, maar ook over minder bekende 'Nieuwe Tijds'-kristallen, die met hun zeer hoge vibraties helpen communicatie met andere dimensies te bevorderen. Hall gaat in op de achtergrond en vorming van kristallen, hun decoratieve eigenschappen, geneeskrachtige werking hoe kristallen te kiezen en te verzorgen, de diverse vormen, de samenhang tussen kristallen en de dierenriemtekens, het lichaam, de aura enz., maar het grootste deel ruimt zij in voor het beschrijven van ruim tweehonderd kristallen. Ook daar valt de overzichtelijke indeling op: naam, foto, ingekaderde informatie over kleur, uiterlijk, zeldzaamheid en vindplaats, waarna kenmerken (praktisch en esoterisch), genezing en positie aan de orde komen. Een goed in de hand liggende gids, verzorgd, helder taalgebruik, schitterende illustraties, brede informatie, aantrekkelijke kaft en zeker door het bespreken van 'nieuwe' kristallen de moeite waard voor geinteresseerde leken en therapeuten.
