Over Orange River Cellars

Orange River Cellars werd opgericht op 23 december 1965. Orange River Cellars is een producent en leverancier aan de Zuid-Afrikaanse wijnindustrie en betrekt zijn ongerepte druiven van 580 deskundige druiventelers in dit uitgestrekte gebied, dat bekend staat als de Groene Kalahari.

Vinificatie

Voor de Omstaan-serie wordt enkel vrij uitlopend sap gebruikt, dat wordt geklaard en vergist met geselecteerde gisten bij 16 °C. Na enkele dagen wordt de wijn overgebracht naar 300-liter Franse en Amerikaanse eiken vaten, waar de gisting wordt voltooid. Vervolgens rijpt de wijn zes maanden op de lie voor botteling.

Exelent choice no more hinging cables
