De democratie in de VS wankelde al eerder, maar het zelfreinigend vermogen bleek telkens groot genoeg. De morele desintegratie van de Republikeinse partij begon in de jaren negentig, met een generatie politici die geen beleid meer beoogde maar louter macht en sabotage van de tegenpartij. Al wie redelijk en compromisbereid was, werd uit de partij gezuiverd: de machtsgreep van Donald Trump werd zo een accident waiting to happen.

Nu de kiezers mogelijk een bajesklant naar het Witte Huis stemmen, is de grote vraag: wie haalt deze partij en daarmee de Amerikaanse politiek weer uit de handen van de saboteurs?

Nice shelves. Install was super easy except on one of the three shelves. The main mounting shelf holes were off so the shelf will not slip onto horizontal mounting poles unless I modify the shelf. So a 20 minute job becomes a two hour job. The mounting system does appear very sturdy just not aligned.

It’s quite large, but you can display a lot of your cool collectibles on it. It arrives in a nicely packaged box with instructions, although I found the instructions to be quite basic. Most people should be able to figure it out. Instead of following the instructions, I recommend forming the honeycomb structure on one side and then attaching it to your wall. Drill holes through the holes in the honeycomb, ensuring everything is level. Once the entire unit is assembled, one person can hang it on the wall. However, I suggest having a building partner. I attempted it alone and was straining my core while reaching on a ladder, which was probably not the wisest idea. The build quality appears to be very good, and I believe it will last for many years. The LED light colors are nice, though not as good as those on a razor, but they’re not bad for a third-party product. There are plenty of screws to install, with a couple of extra. Just for reference my computer screen in the g9 57 inch that’s how big this shelf unit is. Holds up to 120 lbs
