STIX A800 PREMIUM is een zeer breed toepasbare acrylaat dispersie vloerlijm met een lange open tijd en een zeer hoge afschuifsterkte. De vloerlijm is geschikt voor het leggen van LVT, rubber, PVC en andere types soepele vloerbekleding. De lijm beschikt over een hoge aanvangshechting en is geschikt voor wand- en vloertoepassing. Vanwege de geringe emissie (EC1+), is de STIX A800 PREMIUM geschikt voor toepassing binnen BREAM en LEED projecten.

Toepassing

STIX A800 PREMIUM is geschikt voor alle soorten soepele vloer- en wandbekleding zoals LVT, rubber, PVC in tegels en stroken; ook voor kritische toepassingen. Eveneens geschikt als projectlijm in sportaccommodaties, ziekenhuizen, onderwijsgebouwen en conferentie centra.

Ondergrond

Ondergronden dienen voldoende vormstabiel, druk- en trekvast, vrij van krimp en/of uitzetting, duurzaam droog en vrij te zijn van vuil, scheidings-middelen en scheuren. De ondergrond moet volgens DIN 18364 voorbereid zijn en indien nodig, vooraf geschuurd te worden. De verlijming is in principe ondergrond volgend; oneffenheden moeten vooraf uitgevlakt worden. Ondergronden welke onderhevig zijn aan opstijgend vocht, voorbehandelen met HYTEC 336 XTREM. Vloerverwarming dient tenminste 48 uur vooraf uitgezet te zijn en pas opgestart te worden na volledige doorharding van de lijm. Bij twijfel over de ondergrond, kunnen wij u altijd ter plaatse gepast adviseren.

Aanbrengen

Breng de STIX A800 PREMIUM gelijkmatig op de ondergrond aan met de juiste lijmkam (zie hieronder). Leg na de wachttijd de vloerbekleding in het lijmbed en wals daarna aan met een zware rol de lijmrillen volledig vlak. Eventueel naden en kanten opnieuw nawalsen. Naden en lassen dienen uitgevoerd te worden volgens de voorschriften vande fabrikant en de regels van de kunst. De wachttijd voorhet lassen van pvc-naden bedraagt ca. 14 uur.
