Mix van kruiden, kamille, gekonfijte sinaasappel, zwarte peper, thee, grapefruit. Lichte en frisse sinaasappelwijn met milde zuurgraad en zachte tannines. Beangstigend drinkbare, immens aantrekkelijke sexy MF!

MF staat ook voor Müller Thurgau en F rühroter Veltliner, twee druiven die voor deze wijn worden gebruikt, afkomstig van de historische Ziersdorfer Köhlberg-wijngaard die voor het eerst werd gedocumenteerd in 1220. Met de hand geoogst, gefermenteerd met inheemse gisten in oude eikenhouten vaten en tanks van roestvrij staal , huidcontact van 1 tot 3 weken afhankelijk van de druif, ongefliterd. Müller Thurgau wordt gedurende meer dan 3 weken gefermenteerd met koolzuurmaceratie, Frühroter Vetliner ondergaat een traditionele huidfermentatie gedurende 2 weken. Alles gedaan zonder enige toevoegingen. 10 mg/l SO2 toegevoegd vóór het bottelen.
