Made using our classic rye mash bill, the Honey Rye Cask holds true to its heritage. The distillation process employs a column still to ensure a crisp, high-proof spirit. The star of this process, however, is the unique aging approach. The spirit is first aged in new, charred American oak barrels for a significant period. Subsequently, it enjoys a rest period in heated honey barrels, infusing it with subtle sweet notes. This dual-barrel aging process ensures a distinctive character and an unparalleled finish.
