It is very high quality.
Velvet is suitable for clothing or drapery; it is not the heavy upholstery velvet. It would be ideal for sportswear antique Victorian restoration or costumes, antique doll clothing or drapery. My price is per yard and I do have substantial yardage on the bolt.
