The chisels are hardened to between 66 and 68 Rockwell, enabling the tools to have a vastly superior wear resistance,

Very nice stainless steel frothing pitcher but the Latte art pen is very small, much smaller than I expected. The size is perfect for working with one Latte at a time. All in all a nice product. No real complaints...I mean, what can go wrong with a frothing pitcher :)
