Our aim is to provide you with everything you need to install a highly effective, energy efficient heat recovery ventilation system.New for 2019 is, our updated Komfort EC SB 160 heat recovery unit with smart home control system. This substantial upgrade enables you to program and control your indoor air quality from your smart phone or ipad using WiFi or from anywhere in the world with a built-in smart hub. All Blauberg EC SB 160 heat recovery units are now fitted with a built-in wireless router offering not just simple operation and control but full Modbus connectivity to any compatible building management system.Our MVHR units and kits are designed for every kind of project from, retrofit installations or self-build projects to large, multi-dwelling developments.

- The casing is made of double-skinned polymer-coated steel panels, internally filled with 20, 25, 30, 40 mm (depending on the unit model) mineral wool layer for heat- and sound-insulation.
- The unit is equipped with a hinged service panel to enable convenient access for maintenance or repair operations.
- The spigots are located at the top of the unit and are equipped with rubber seals for airtight connection to the air ducts.

This book will take you through 12 of the most essential skills you will need to be successful at work as well as your personal life. The two authors pooled their considerable work expertise and laid out the book in an easy to read and understand manner. I was able to really grasp what they were saying and what I needed to do in order to practice and develop my soft skills. A fantastic book for those starting out their careers!

A beautiful path of vulnerability

Ms. Cross is an excellent writer. This is the second book she has written that I have read. It is a pleasure to read a writer peel layers uopn layers of themselves revealing their vulnerability. She has many receipts for those who have wronged her, but at the same time she is her harshest critic. However, in this book her criticism is constructive, loving, and a roadmap for the rest of us to learn to love self. This is a joy to read. I learned a lot and this book challenged me to critically analyze my past and present relationships with women in my life. Thank you to Ms. Cross for writing a heartfelt memoir.
